This special workshop series will feature four webinars from Beyond the Professoriate followed by hybrid discussion group specifically for UW postdocs about career decision making with Brady Krien, PhD, Associate Director for Career Development. The program is designed to walk postdocs from all disciplines through a series of exercises to help them identify next steps in building their career either as faculty or beyond the professoriate.
